Aurellix, a compliant RWA issuance platform, has announced a strategic brand partnership with Motus, a global private equity RWA platform. The two parties will collaborate on private equity tokenization, compliant issuance structures, global qualified investor access, and secondary market liquidity.
Motus focuses on private equity in leading unlisted companies. Through compliant SPV structures, the platform aims to map private equity shares into on-chain RWA products, enabling qualified investors to participate in private equity opportunities before IPO while reducing traditional VC barriers such as high capital thresholds, limited transparency, and long lock-up periods.
Aurellix brings a global compliance foundation covering MiFID, VASP, EMI, MiCA, and other regulatory frameworks. The platform is positioned to support RWA issuance, investor onboarding, on-chain asset management, and cross-border financial compliance. The partnership marks an important step in moving private equity RWA from concept validation toward compliant and productized adoption.
Beyond private equity RWA, several global markets are also accelerating digital asset regulation and infrastructure development. Hungary is moving toward decriminalizing certain crypto transactions to reduce legal risks for market participants, while Tunisia is considering adjustments to its crypto restrictions introduced in 2018. Iceland, Papua New Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and other markets are making progress in green-energy Bitcoin mining, CBDC research, instant payment systems, and national blockchain infrastructure.
Overall, RWA, stablecoins, CBDCs, digital payments, and blockchain infrastructure are becoming key pillars of global financial digital transformation. As more compliant platforms, traditional financial institutions, and emerging markets enter the sector, the connection between real-world assets and on-chain finance is accelerating.
